The Norwell Knights put an end to their seven-game losing skid Tuesday night with a hard-fought 69-60 win over visiting Canterbury at the Castle.
It wasn’t the most daunting team on Norwell’s schedule. Canterbury is a Class A school and had lost six of its last seven games coming into the contest.
And even at that, Norwell had to fight its way out of an 11-point first-quarter hole.
But a win is a win is a win.
The JV and freshman teams also won.
