An Ossian teen was killed Tuesday after a friend accidentally fired a shotgun thought to be unloaded, police said.
The Ossian Police Department was called to a shooting at 127 E. Lafever St. at 11:54 a.m. Tuesday and found 18-year-old William Kane Krinn suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper right shoulder, police Chief David Rigney said.
The gun was a 12 gauge shotgun which had three shells in the magazine... pumping the gun brought a shell into the chamber.
