Indiana Pacer Shawne Williams, was stopped in Carmel for tinted windows and lack of a seat belt... and then the police dog sniffed out some weed, as well. It wasn't Shawne Williams' pot (of course) but his passenger's... this was also the case when Williams was arrested for driving without a license last year and police found guns in the car -- not his (of course) but his passenger's. And (of course) Williams couldn't have know a man wanted for murder was hiding in his home back in February (how could he know?)
