This president-thingie is getting all twisty. Just a couple days ago, President Obama lifted the limitations on federal funding of embryonic stem cell research put in place by President Bush in 2001. But then President Obama signed the big omnibus budget bill, apparently not realizing that it contained language making it illegal again to use federal funds on any research which destroys a human embryo.
I'm tellin' ya, it pays to read documents before ya sign 'em.
